If you are a Diamond Card holder, the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will upgrade you automatically to their Gold Player’s Card.
The Gold Card gives you access to their VIP room (not as nice as the Harrahs Diamond Lounges, apparently), and it also increases your cash-back percentage nicely.
To get your Gold Card, just walk up to the Player’s Booth at the Venetian and show them your Diamond card and ask about their Gold Card promotion.

I called Venetian players club (Club Grazie) to confirm - yes, they do upgrade to Gold level just by presenting your HET Diamond card! Thanks for the tip.

I went to Las Vegas over the weekend and was excited to check and see if this really worked and sure enough, I showed them my diamond card and upgraded me right there to a gold club grazie card . Don’t quite know what good it will do for I don’t gamble at the Venetian. But to put rumor to rest it works at least for a year cause if you don’t keep up to gold level 30,000 points I believe you go back down.
