Total Rewards Diamond card holders get free access to Diamond Lounges, which vary in size and items offered.
Some Diamond Lounges have full service bars with free drinks, others have buffet-style food and desserts. Since Diamond Lounges seem to make changes regularly, I will try to list the most recent information for each Diamond lounge as I discover personally or through various web forums and groups.
There is a rumor that visiting some Diamond Lounges may trigger a new trip in your ADT score. Please let me know if you verified if a visit to your Diamond Lounge did or did not trigger a trip.
I will try to make all these links clickable once I have information:

there is a diamond lounge at grand biloxi. it is small, full bar with maybe 6 seats, tvs, couple of couches,4-6 tables for four and simple snacks offered continuously with single item dishes in the evenings (i.e. gumbo or chicken pasta). i only just learned about tripping, i will test it out and let you know the next time i am there.

There is a diamond lounge in Windsor Canada. The hours are
8 am until 4am daily. Food is much better than the three we tried
in LV in Nov. I believe you need 50.000 tier points to get in.
Deserts are better in LV.
