Harrahs Offers Database

We are now hosting an online spreadsheet of current Harrahs offers. We need your help in providing the latest offers so others can compare what is available.

We need your offers list so we can add it to the database. If you have Microsoft Excel, you can submit your offers using the following steps:

1. Open Microsoft Excel. Create a new blank spreadsheet.
2. Switch to your web browser, and log on to www.harrahs.com with your Total Rewards number and PIN.
3. Click “My Harrahs”
4. Click “My Offers” in the left sidebar.
5. Highlight all your current offers with your mouse. ONLY highlight the offers, not other parts of the page.
6. Click Control-C (Ctrl-C) to copy the offers to your hidden clipboard.
7. Switch to Microsoft Excel.
8. Go to the Edit Menu and click “Paste Special”
9. Under “Paste: As:” select “Text” (NOT HTML!)
10. This will fill your spreadsheet with offers. Save this spreadsheet.
11. E-mail this spreadsheet to us at our address with the subject “Harrahs Offers”
12. We will add your offers to the database.

If you are comfortable with Google Spreadsheets, we can approve you to edit it online. Please only ask for access if you’re familiar with Google Spreadsheets, as you could mess things up badly!
